
Makes 1 large or 4 mini quiche.
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Quiche
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 10 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- pinch of salt & pepper
- Mix crust ingredients together and press the dough into your greased pie pan or mini pans.
- Bake at 350.
- For a large quiche bake for 12 minutes, for smaller quiche bake for 7 minutes.
- Fry the leeks and garlic in butter for 6 minutes.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together, and add in leeks and garlic.
- Pour the quiche mixture into your dish.
- Bake at 350.
- For a large quiche bake for 35 minutes, for smaller quiche bake for 20 minutes.
