Pomegranate & Pistachio Dark Chocolates

Ingredients

  • Seeds of 1 large pomegranate
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1/4 cup slivered pistachios

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 10 cupcake wrappers.
  2. Melt the chocolate and stir in the cinnamon & salt.
  3. Place 1 spoonful of chocolate in each cupcake wrapper.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds & pistachios on top of the melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours & enjoy!
