
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon Sugar
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all of the cookie ingredients together & roll in the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes at 375.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
The cookies taste wonderful with coffee. They also make a great Keto pie crust if you run them through the food processor with some melted butter!
