- 7 eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until peaks begin to form.
- Mix all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add in the egg whites – do not over mix!
- Pour the dough into a greased loaf tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 375.
