Orange Cardamom Pound Cake

Ingredients

Batter

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Juice & zest from 1 orange

Topping

  • 1 cup sour cherry jam
  • 1/2 tsp ground saffron
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the batter ingredients together & bake in a greased bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350.
  2. Heat up the topping ingredients & pour over the cake.
