
Ingredients
Batter
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Juice & zest from 1 orange
Topping
- 1 cup sour cherry jam
- 1/2 tsp ground saffron
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
- Mix all of the batter ingredients together & bake in a greased bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350.
- Heat up the topping ingredients & pour over the cake.
