- 3 cups dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup cold water
- Add all of the ingredients, except the cornstarch & 1/4 cup water, into a pot & bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.
- Once boiling reduce the heat to low. Add the cornstarch & water.
- Simmer until the cranberries are plump & the liquid has thickened.
- Blend with an immersion blender & enjoy!
