
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill
- 1 cup mint
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches your desired texture.
Serve with pasta, spread on sandwiches, or make some sourdough salmon pesto roll-ups!
