Cinnamon Cream Cheese Swirl Bread – Keto

Try this delicious dessert or breakfast bread that you can prepare in the microwave!



  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or sugar for non-keto)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed


  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp erythritol (or sugar)


  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or sugar)


  1. Mix all of the bread ingredients together, and place half of the dough in a microwave safe dish.
  2. Mix together the filling ingredients, and spread it on top of the dough in the baking dish.
  3. Pour the remaining dough on top.
  4. Microwave for 10 minutes and check. If necessary, microwave for an additional 2 minutes at a time until done.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top, and enjoy!
