
Try this delicious dessert or breakfast bread that you can prepare in the microwave!
Ingredients
Bread
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or sugar for non-keto)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Filling
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp erythritol (or sugar)
Topping
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp erythritol (or sugar)
Instructions
- Mix all of the bread ingredients together, and place half of the dough in a microwave safe dish.
- Mix together the filling ingredients, and spread it on top of the dough in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining dough on top.
- Microwave for 10 minutes and check. If necessary, microwave for an additional 2 minutes at a time until done.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top, and enjoy!
