- 2 pears, halved
- 2 apples, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- Clotted cream & honey
- Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet, place the fruit cut side down, and fry for 3 minutes.
- Place the skillet in the oven, and roast for 15 minutes at 400.
- Add in the vinegar & honey, and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with fresh thyme sprigs on top, and clotted cream & honey on the side.
