Almond & Honeycomb Chocolate Log

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 2/3 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup honeycomb, diced
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk & sugar over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add in the chocolate & butter. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients, except for pomegranate.
  4. Pour the chocolate into a greased triangle mold and freeze for an hour.
  5. Slice & enjoy!
